In light of the rapid economic transformations taking place in Egyptian society, integrating into the labor market is no longer merely an individual choice but a social and economic necessity directly linked to levels of social justice and societal stability. Despite the relative expansion of educational opportunities for women over recent decades, this progress has not sufficiently translated into increased female participation in the labor market, which still exhibits a significant gap compared to men.
