This paper, issued by the Malath Foundation for Women’s Support, presents a reformist vision for developing the family court system in Egypt by adopting the “human digital justice” model, as an entry point for rebuilding the family litigation experience in a more efficient, fair, and responsive manner to the human needs of families within conflict environments.
