Anas Saber, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Malaz for Women’s Support, expressed his support for President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s call to take the necessary measures to ensure the prompt enforcement of judicial judgments issued in alimony cases. He stressed that the timely enforcement of judicial decisions is a fundamental component of justice, emphasizing that ensuring that rights recognized by the courts reach their rightful beneficiaries in a timely manner is no less important than the issuance of the judgment itself.

Saber stated that Malaz for Women’s Support views the prompt enforcement of alimony judgments as a human rights and humanitarian entitlement that cannot be subject to delay. He explained that alimony is not merely a financial obligation; rather, it is a right directly linked to the basic needs of women and children and to their ability to access food, healthcare, education, housing, and a dignified life. Accordingly, delays in enforcing a judicial judgment may have a direct impact on the economic and social stability of the family.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Malaz for Women’s Support added: “The issuance of a judicial judgment represents a crucial step toward achieving justice. However, justice cannot fully achieve its purpose and impact unless judgments are enforced efficiently and promptly. Justice does not end with the issuance of a judgment; rather, its true value begins when the right recognized by the court reaches its rightful beneficiary in a timely manner.”
